I want to lose fat and weight fast and i dont want any bullsh*t about pills or buying products.i want to know how to los fat and weight as fast as possible i dont care about my health i just want to be skinny. my eating habits are ok i only eat when im really hungry and only eat a little bit. i get some excersize.i have 40 min of excersinse in gym class everyday and i do 200 situps every day. what can i do to lose it fast?(as possible)

    the atkins diet worked for me i lost 30 lbs in a month and a half all i ate were meat eggs chesse and greens trust me its hard but it works you burn fat in your sleep! and no you cant have diet soda!

    Just to let you know your body only loses at its maximum 2 lbs of fat a week. If you are losing more then that then you are not losing fat…you are losing water weight and lean muscle tissue. If you lose lean muscle tissue you lower your basal metabolic rate and it will become more difficult to lose weight. So to summarize you can’t lose fat and weight fast….your best bet is to eat three meals a day (skipping meals causes your body to go into starvation mode and store any energy as fat) and exercise there is not fast method.

    Also the best form of exercise for you to lose weight is cardio…you have to get your heart rate up. I would suggest running and even though sit ups are good that don’t cause you to burn fat just tighten up the muscles.
