What are some good exercises ot lose weight?
I want to lose some weight, about 15 pounds, or until I have a flat stomach. I am 13, 5’5″ and I weight 126. I want to be able to lose some weight so I can be more healthy. What exercises like crunches and how many should I do a day. Are there any websites I can visit that show me how to do the exercises? Thanks!
