What are some excersises I can do to lose fat and gain good muscle?

Can someone list some excersises and how many reps I have to do of them? I’m plannin on toning my body and I want to know the best excersise to tighten my thighs, calves, abs, back, butt =P , biceps and triceps. And what foods should I stay away from and what should I eat? Should I only drink water if I want to do well at gaining muscle and loosing fat? Thanxs for those who answer =)

    Do some stretches and sit ups a few times a week.
    Eat a well balanced diet. DO NOT skip meals!!!!!!!!
    Avoid fatty stuff and junk but keep everything in moderation!
    Don’t overdo the exercise. Drink plenty of water. Good Luck!

    I bought Carmen Electra’s “Fit to Strip” DVD a few weeks ago. It’s making a huge difference in my toning. (The video is totally tame, and nothing like the name would suggest). It has awesome exercises for toning the buns, hips, thighs, abs, arms, and shoulders. My husband has already noticed a difference and I’ve only been doing it for a few weeks.
