I want to lose some fat and gain a lot of muscle…?

Ive lost 20 pounds in the last few months, and I would really like to lose a few more pounds of FAT and gain more MUSCLE. I have a workout plan, but id like to know if it is going to get me anywhere quickly.

I do cardio for an hour two days a week and lift weights 6 times a week. Two days of arms, two days of core and two days of legs. I allow my muscles to recover for at least two days before working out the same muscle group again. I eat as often as I remember, trying to get 6 feedings a day. No fast food, no sweets, around 1800 calories a day. I also drink a protein drink as soon as i finnish lifting, and try to get around 60g of protein a day. I drink around 80 liters of water a day. Most of my carbs come by whole grain bread and wild rice.
I know that cardio is for losing fat and weight lifting is for gaining muscle and weight. Im trying to do both. I would love to be really really nice and toned.
Am i doing the right things? Should I be doing anything else? or not be doing anything else?

Im 5’9, 140lbs. My waist is 28 inches, so i still have a little fat to lose. any help would be awesome!!!
OH and my first 20 lost pounds was through starving myself. ive learned better and am trying to fix my lifestyle.
oh yea! one last thing. ive done a few detoxes in the past, so i dont think i have very much to clean out seeing as ive been eating really healthy since then. I take phsyllium husks, flaxseed, Vit E, Vit C, daily vit, and L-Glutamine. thank you for your posts!!!
