Loosing weight while staying a vegan?

I have been vegan for a few weeks now and im trying to figure out how to lose a large amount of weight fairly quickly while stayin vegan and not starving myself. what should i stay away from and what should i eat

    losing weight fast in a short amount of time is NOT good for you. don’t do it no matter what food your diet consists of. drink a ton of water 🙂

    Eat a balanced diet of whole grains, vegetables, legumes/beans (tofu falls under this category), fruits, and nuts. Eat only small portions of nuts though as they contain a lot of calories and fats (but good fats!). Drink plenty of water and get a lot of exercise. Honestly, it’s actually very difficult to gain weight on a vegan diet so you shouldn’t worry too much about that.

    Just don’t eat a lot. Dates are very good. Carrots for snacks. Only completely organic fruit. Tofu is good for protien.
    Seriously, just eat little bits of stuff if you’re trying to lose weight. Also excersize will help.

    Yes you can quickly loose weight while on raw diet like raw vegetables are fiber rich and with this you also need to drink more water too.
