Am I loosing weight to fast? and How do I stay the same size not bigger or smaller?

Is it safe for me to loose all this weight so quickly I mean I wasn’t overweight to begin with I just wanted to look more slender. I was a UK size 10 a two weeks ago and now I’m a UK size 6 going on four.
I only eat a sandwich or a bowl of soup everyday I’m not hungry anymore.. I walk nine miles everyday I drink loads of water and energy drinks through the day and I’m on fat matobolizing pills.

So how to I stay the same size without loosing anymore weight
