How can I lose fat and gain muscle to stay at about the same size I am now?

I’m 5’7″, 180 pounds, and a size 14 with a cup size between a D and DD. I don’t want to change my size because I’m happy with it and believe it’s nice and curvy. I would, however, like to lose some stomach fat and my love handles. In addition, I need more strength and stamina for marching band next fall (I’m in the drumline). Which exercises would be best for me over the summer?

    crunches would be good for your stomach. It will help you lose fat and gain muscle. And squats would be good to help build up strength in your legs.

    Running is always good to help lose fat, but then you would also have to work out extra to help you gain the muscle to keep you around the size you are.

    My girlfriend came across a story of how this lady found these amazing exercises for losing love handles. I know she did the same and loves what it did for her figure. Hope this helps.

    My advice would be to focus on your nutrition and make sure you are eating clean. For exercises do some cardio 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Focus on the main movements, and do three sets of 10 for each muscle group. You can also take whey shakes to help increase your lean body mass and burn fat. good luck with the band!
