Is there anyway that I could lose fat in my love handle area and stomach without gaining muscle?

I want to lose fat in my love handle and stomach area but don’t want to gain muscle, is there any exercise, or diet steps I could do so I can lose fat without gaining muscle?

    you must do a lot of cardio as in jogging running and walking. running burns the most fat, followed by jogging and then walking. if your new to cardio start by walking 30 minutes a day, then bump it up to speed walking for fourty five minutes, then try jogging . to start jogging you have to jog for as long as you can until your like about to fall then you walk until you feel you are ready to jog again and repeat until you get to thirty minutes. then after you reach jogging for thirty minutes straight, start running and use the same proccess but instead of walking when you get tired, jog. i hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!! also try to drink a lot of water and do ab exercises as in crunches, leg lifts, planks, oblique crunches(side),side planks, and hollow holds. if you dont know what some of those are then just look it up on google. also you have to have a healthy diet.
