How do I lose weight by diet and exercise?
I’m 13 and I’m 5’6″ 1/2 and I weigh 130 pounds. I’d like to lose 10-15 pounds. What do I need to do? I’d love to lose weight off of my legs and thighs. But I need some food suggestions and exercising suggestions. I also need to work on getting a flatter stomach. How many crutches should I do a day?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Well i was going to give you some suggestions as to how to loose weight, but for your age your weight sounds about right to me . What is your B.M.I.? To improve your stomach , crunches do little , jogging or hard power walking, swimming reasonable distance in a pool, say around 1000m . The key however is to do medium to heavy exercise at least 3 times a day, for at least 30mins per session, i did 3x1hour sessions per day over 10weeks lost 26kilos……………dieting ….well reduce carbs increase protien……..but remember as you are so young your body is still developing and growing , so over time many kids seem to stretch out and and the puppy fat disappears. Hope this helps.
