Is it possible to gain muscle in arms and legs but lose fat in stomach? If so how?
I have arms that are quite small but are basically pure muscle. My legs are alright in size and basically pure muscle too. My stomach has a thin layer of fat that i would like to get away so i have a six pack showing very well. Is it possible to lose the fat in my stomach while gaining lots of muscle in my arms (mostly) and legs too? And if so how?

Cut out the carbs, eat more protein and no fat. Do lots of upper body exercise like weights, for the shoulders and arms, and lots of crunches for the abs.

when building muscle it has to be proportionate to all the body you cant just focus on one group of muscles. start with core then the rest should be followed. abs, obliques, shoulder, back, glutes, hamstrings, deltoids, arm, quads , calves, forearms. muscle works in groups so theres two movements per action of on muscle theres another that opposites that action. abs and back shoulder and pecs. hamstrings and quads.
