I need to loose about 30 lbs in 2 months. Does anyone have any really good tricks for loosing weight fast?
I gained weight over the course of about 5 months and need to loose it fast. I’m in the color guard (the people who dance with flags and stuff with marching band) so I do have exercise Tuesday-Saturday for at least 2 hours per day. But I’m not loosing weight. And I need to because…well… my clothes don’t fit me anymore. Can anyone help me out?
