Is running on the treadmill 2-3 times a week a good way to loose weight fast and eating healthy?

what else can i do instead of running on a treadmill 2-3 times a week and who doesnt have any equipment, only a treadmill. i just want to loose weight and get some muscle but not tooooooo much muscle?

    come on loll. Its simple do push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, squats, pull-ups these are all u need. It cover all the major muscles of human body.

    well you would be suprised actually, how much you can do with NO equitment at all,,, there are all kinds of sit ups you can do just by using your couch,,and diamond push ups are really good, so with no equitment i would stick with the basics, sit ups, push ups, pull ups,,

    Eat healthy, run high distances every day, do things like pushups, situps(all the different variations of the sit up), dips, calf raises, jumpin jacks, etc. etc.

    or SWIM!
    swimming builds your arm and leg muscles, and is a great cardio to lose weight doing.

    if you exercise and have fun doing it, losing weight and gaining muscle will come naturally.
