    sigh i’ve answered questions like these so many times

    since its summer do laps in ur local swimming pool or ur own pool(if u have one)
    switch to wheat bread
    drinnk a lot of water and try to avoid other drinks
    eat lots of fruits and vegetables
    and its ok if u gain weight after a week or so becuase its just water weight

    in my opinion..you should probably do situps..40 a day..and squats about 20 a day..another good excersise is to put your arms over your head and bend to your left as far as you can and then bend to your right..its a good excersise so hope fully i helped..p.s water is better than any other drink i drink a gallon of water every night and ive been losing so much wieght that i feel super comfortable.. good luck hope i helped
