Is my squat routine good enough for fat loss?
Hello.
Routine – 20 squats as fast as I can, rest 30 seconds. Repeat until I reach 300 squats. My heart rate goes up dramatically, and I sweat as hell. Also I need to breathe deeply.
Keeping that in mind, are the squat routine I preform every other day good enough for fat loss?

Bodyweight squats don’t put your body under any stress.
Do Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength Novice Program, keep a good fat loss diet, and you’ll lose fat and get stronger.
