    Well it’s really not healthy, but yeah, it’ll work.
    Your body will probably go into starvation mode but despite what people say, you will lose weight.

    yeah you should sure lose weight, you will probably start to feel tired and a lack of energy in the afternoon so I hope you dont have a hectic schedule in the afternoons.

    If you can hold out for a while, you’ll lose weight — but you’ll gain it back. Diets work if you stick to them, but people regain weight after crash diets because they return to their old modes and habits of eating. It’s not that dieting doesn’t work; it’s that people think diets are supposed to continue working even though they are no longer on them. And on a crash diet, the body doesn’t have time to get used to the new habits that are necessary for maintenance of the loss. That’s why slow, steady dieting is much more effective in the long run.

    Moreover, a severely restricted diet, one that doesn’t provide sufficient calories, nutrients, and variety, is going to cause your body to start screaming for what it’s not getting. People tend to fall off the wagon and binge-eat in these situations.

    no, you might lose a pound or two but it won’t stay off you’ll put it back on plus some extra as soon as you start eating normally again.
