i need help losing body fat fast, as much as possible in 1 month.?

I know that losing fat is highly connected with your metabolism. I’m 17 years old, and i float around 170-180 pounds, im 6 feet tall exactly. i personally dont believe i appear fat when im wearing clothes, but as soon as i go to the beach or anything, my fat shows… its embarrasing and i want to fix this before school starts. I have plenty of muscle (honestly, its their.. its just concealed away under the flab.). i need to tone down my body fat percentage fast, within the next couple of months preferably.

i’m not sure if im on the right path right now, i live about a 10 minute walk away from the gym, i’ve been going everyday. i’ve been trying real hard to consume less calories everyday. (substitued drinking milk with water, and i’ve cut back on the amount of food i eat by about 4/10.) i usually have breakfast in the morning, have a light lunch, then i usually eat whatever my family has for dinner.

I need guidance, how do i keep my metabolism burning from the start of the day to the end, and also, what kind of work outs should i be focusing on at the gym, so that i can lose body fat ? i’ve mostly been doing 20 minute bike, 10 minute weight, then 10 minute bike again.

To lose one pound of fat, you must burn approximately 3500 calories over and above what you already burn doing daily activities. That sounds like a lot of calories and you certainly wouldn’t want to try to burn 3500 calories in one day. However,by taking it step-by-step, you can determine just what you need to do each day to burn or cut out those extra calories. Below is a step by step process for getting started.

Losing weight is hard and long process but you will be so happy when you will se your new body.
    Dont give up! 🙂

okkkkkk, do 30 minutes of cardio everyday, to booost ur heart rate and metabs, key factors to burn fat and lose wait and burn calories. also if u lift weights, gain muscle, nobody can gain muscle by working out alone everyone needs to do cardio. and eat alot of fiber it keeps u filled up, also know if ur actually doing something right and ur cardios good, count ur pulse beats for 20 seconds then time it by 15. u should 100 between 145 beats a minute. if u come up with that number thats shows u are making progress! do cardio daily to to keep it all up or other u will not continue to lose fat untill u do cardio again and boost ur heart rate and metabs

hi i’m in exactly the same posiion exept i’m 5’5″ and probably don’t have as much muscle as you seem to. the thing i’ve learned is not to necessarily use the heaviest weights at the gym but to always keep your heart rate up and get a good sweat.

you have the right idea by watching your calories as burning fat is about calories in vs calories out. i think i read somewhere you need to burn about 500 in a day.

the main thing is to do excersises with alot of movement and jumping around. the work out you mentioned is similar to what i’m doing now. i usually alternate for abour 35mins. when i’m not at the gym i do an aerobics dvd. you dont seem to need much help you’re doing everything right. just keep it up and make sure your heart is really pounding when you workout.

Drop the bike before the weights to 10 minutes. Up the bike after the weights to 60 minutes. Do a full body workout every other day. Go to the website below for guidance.
