I need to loose 80 pounds as fast as possible?

I do NOT care if its “unhealthy”
I just need to loose the weight
if you cannot answer my question with a plan on how to loose the weight quickly, then DO NOT ANSWER… you’re wasting my time as well as yours.

I need to fit into WOMEN’S jeans again and FAST.
I dont HAVE a year.
I want to loose 80 pds within a month or two if possible.. if not possible.. then what ever is the fastest amount of time possible.
I do not care about long term effects.

    well the non healthy way is to place your finger into your mouth and puke out the food, or At least meals as possible

    Or the other way is EAT LESS MOVE MORE , really that simple, and it works too

    How fast are you talking? Just eat less and go to the gym. It’s simple really, but you need to keep up with it and not stop doing it. Just don’t do something stupid like puking your food back up on purpose or not eating. Annorexia and bullemia are not pretty and they do have longterm effects. Hope that helps?

    Without knowing your current height, weight and activity level this is impossible to estimate. Typically, the larger or more obese a person is, the easier and quicker it is to drop weight.

    If you are over 350 lbs, the weight could be dropped fairly quickly (within 4 months). If you are below this weight, than even using purging / severe calorie restriction techniques used by anorexics and bulimics would require 4-6 months to drop.
