    try these
stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they’re at a 90 degree angle (or close). Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs. You can perform leg lifts there too. If you’re using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest. It’s more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight. This helps firm up the lower abdomen. If you’re truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet. Or hang from a pull up bar and raise your legs in front of you all the way up to the bar.

The weekend is only a couple of days away. Plus you are 108 lbs. Unless your 3 ft tall then your weight is fine.

easiest thing that helped me loose weight the fastest was the ab lounge

i did 30 crunches on it in the morning and night and i lost weight so fast and got amazing abs, it’s true to it’s name!

    1. Diet with lots of fresh foods – fruit and veg – and cut out refined, fatty foods.
    2. Cardio – try running and skipping at least 3/4 times a week.
    3. Toning – Try these in your bedroom – http://instantfeelgood.blogspot.com/2008/06/lose-fat-roll-above-your-jeans-part-2.html

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

you know, you are actually quite the perfect weight for your age. Isn’t 115 the normal weight for 15 year olds…
Anyway, i don’t think you can lose that much “tummy” fat in such short time. But you can try.

The main point is that i highly suggest that you do at least 100 sit-ups (not necessarily at one time) every day. Again, i think your weight is fine and ideal for a 15 year old, so you don’t have to worry that much.

    Have fun at the pool!

I’m sorry to tell you that, but it’s completely impossible to have a flat tummy by Saturday. Realistically, you had to start working out weeks ago. The only thing left you can do is to shop for a nice bathing suit that will fit you perfectly and minimize the size of your tummy. But you’re only 108 lbs, I’m sure you’d look great in a bikini! Ask for your friends impressions on your looks, sometimes, us women are too harsh on ourselves and think we look fat when we absolutely don’t. I’m sure it’s the case for you!
    Good luck!

Okay, you are not fat or overweight for fifteen! You should be happy with your body just the way it is. Other than that, just try jogging or something. Look on seventeen.com. They have really helpful stuff like the meal maker that tells you what to eat rather than like a greasy burger. Hope I could help and good luck!
