I am fat i think how to lose weight fast or slow idc?

please help my little sis my mom/dad and say she is fat and these stuff are popping out and it is red she is really sad she is in 5th and she weighs 102 please help even though people say she is the average weight idc please help my little sis she is sad and wants to lose weight

    She is too younge to diet but eatting less junk food and snacking on fruits and vegetables as well as playing outside for exercise will make a HUGE diffrence! =)

    start eating healthier. it’s almost like a diet, except don’t call it that. just call it eating healthy.
    instead of eating chips or something while in front of the tv,
    try eating like an apple a day, or some kind of fruit
    make sure you get the right servings of every kind of food you need
    if you start eating right then you will start to feel right
    also try exercising every day. try 10 minutes a day and slowly start increasing.
    if you dont feel like exercising then just stretch. there are a lot of types of exersise. you can do yoga, pilates, dance, lift weights, or jog. its really not that hard.
    if you do this for a while you’ll get in the habit and lose weight, or at least be healthy.
    being healthy is all that matterse

    and make sure shes eating healthy, lower her caloric intake.
    also make sure she doesnt skip breakfast, and try not to let her get hungry to often, when she gets hungry give her a snack like an orange or an apple or something..HINT:(foods with higher amounts of protein and fiber keep you fuller longer) also dont forget to make sure she stays active,…play with her outside take walks with her or make sure she exercises! 🙂

    I’m sorry your sister is sad. If her parents think she should lose some weight, they can help her by helping her choose healthy foods and encouraging her to be active.

    Although a lot of the advertisements talk about losing weight fast, your sister should not try to lose weight fast. Slow weight loss is healthier and will last longer.

    The weight loss equation is increasing your activity and decreasing high fat, high calorie foods.
