What do you think is the best way to easily lose weight fast?

I’m only a teenager and I’ve always wanted to lose weight because I’d say I’m over 50 pounds over weight and I don’t have enough money in the family to go on a slimfast diet or LA weight loss and i need some ideas of what to do.

    There is no good way to lose weight fast. It takes time if you want to do it the healthy way. Diet pills and the like are unhealthy and have bad side effects. All you need to do is eat healthier and less at each meal. Drink a lot of water. Do cardio exercise (running, biking, tennis, etc.) for 30-45 min. 6 days/week. You will lose 2-3 lbs per week which is very healthy. Do this and I promise you will lose weight and feel great!

    eat only 1200 calories a day
    jog for about 1 hour every day
    walk for about 5 hours everyday (quick pace) not to quick
    do this EVERYDAY for 7WEEKS
    just in time for first day of school
    u should lose around 30-40 pounds

    It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

    Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated).     i have found that the best way to lose weight fast is to drink nothing but water all day everyday,(with occasional tea or beer on the weekend). you retain your water weight for 2 weeks after you start. after the 2 weeks is up, you start dropping weight. you can lose up to 20 pounds a month. and the best part is you can still eat the foods that you want to!

    The hard truth is that you can’t really lose weight fast. You just have to make the effort to monitor your food intake and get enough exercise – and frankly, both tasks are difficult.

    Keep a food diary to see what you’re actually eating, then use it to help yourself cut calories in a healthy way. Swap out the Big Macs for turkey sandwiches or the potato chips for baby carrots… stuff like that.

    As for exercise, for me, the key is finding something I’m interested in doing. For example, if I’m into photography, I can grab my camera and go for a walk/run until I find something I want to photograph.

    Easy and losing weight just don’t go together…it’s hard, even when you’re as young as you are now.

    look at your self in the mirror do you really need to lose weight?
    very one in perfect in their one way.
    sometimes people think they are fat and they are so skinny that they still starve them self es to deaf.
    you will truly know when you need to lose weight or not.

    This is not about money. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies with fiber. Get some soya milk instead of dairy. STOP eating out. I think that is one huge factor for being overweight. Exercise daily – walk if nothing else, at least 2-4 miles. You do not have to go to the gym. Replace soda with water.
    You may have strong cravings when you first stop eating things you are used to but bear with it. Losing weight is also about self control besides calorie intake and exercise. And don’t give up it takes time. Rapid weight loss is not a good thing. 1-2 pounds a week is great.
    Also do not skip meals because this will make you binge. Eating smaller portions at frequent intervals has proved better then eating one large meal.
    Switch over to a high protein diet eventually, include eggs, lean meat and soya flour in your diet.

    Go jogging 1-4km on the side walks everyday and weigh yourself on the scale once a week and you will see a lower number ach time (it worked for me) i didnt even change my diet.
