I am a 13 year old girl i way 234 and i really want to lose weight fast.?

If u have an ideas please tell me. I can not get pills or go for surgery. I really need some help i want to lose weight so i can i have a pretty dress for my moms wedding it is in Feburay 2010 please help me, i want to get down to atleast 140 or 155.

    Excercise a lot. Start walking, then jogging, and then running, if you can.
    Also, only eat freshly prepared foods. If you want a meal, start with veggies, meeat and spices. Don’t buy pre-made frozen dishes, as they contain more fats, cholesterol, and sodium.

    Make sure you eat though. Don’t fall into the trap of eating disorders. They can kill you.

    the best way to lose weight is to run. run 3 miles six days a week. if you can run it, then start out walking as fast as you can for 3 miles. or walk and jog combination. and at home you can do push ups, sit ups, and squats to firm your arms, legs, and stomach. but if you just do the running that will help a lot. if you need to, start with 1.5 miles in the morning and 1.5 miles in the evening (it is okay to split it up)

    as for your diet, eat 1500 calories a day and make them healthy calories. stop eating red meat, eat grilled chicken and fish instead. nonfat milk and yogurt will help you burn fat. eat spinach and brocolli (they are super foods and will give you lots of nutritious vitamins that you need). don’t use cream dressings on your salads it is high in fat and calories, instead use oil based dressing and don’t pour it on your salad, instead dip your fork into the dressing to limit how much dressing you eat. limit how much butter you use (and if you need butter, get butter spread, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Lite has a lower calorie butter that has half the calories as real butter)

    don’t drink your calories (stop drinking soda and juice, it just adds extra calories) drink lots of water and add lemon juice for flavor if you need flavor.

    hope this helps. good luck! it is super hard to lose weight but you have a goal and determination so i know you can do it.

    You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.

    im a 12 year old girl i read this and cried i have sturggled wwith weight all my life i try and try but i can never stay healthy for too long i get sick too easily im 5′ 7″ and im somewhere around 189 pounds all this advice will help me for tomorrow i will get healthier and i will try to loose wait (*starts to cry *) maybe one day i can get my life on track and i will be healthy and still have straight A’s and keep all of this horrid weight off of my body
