Well first of all, why don’t you talk to them? Why don’t you tell them that you are overweight and you need their help in ensuring you get healthier. Maybe even make a doctors appointment and bring one of them with you and talk to the doctor and I bet the doctor will tell them “hey you really need to be buying more of this and less of this for his sake.” And you should never try to lose weight too fast. Its not healthy. You shouldn’t lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. At your size, you could probably be okay losing 2 pounds a week. Here are some tips for you to eat healthier:

Cut out pop. If you drink a lot of pop, you are taking in about 120 calories per can. 3500 calories equals 1 pound. Within a month, just by choosing water instead or drinking diet pop, you chould lose a pound or more alone and maybe even more depending on how much pop you drink. If you drink more than one can a day, it would be more than a pound.

Excersize! This is a must. If you have a dog, take it for a walk every other day for 30 minutes. I don’t mean slow snail walking either. Walk quick enough to where you are breaking a sweat and feeling it in your muscles. There are even excersizes you can do at home if you have no equipment. Put on some music and do crunches, push ups, step ups on the stairs or even running up and down the stairs. Start with a simple excersize routine every other day and make it longer and harder as you go.

About the food..try to shoot for about 1200-1400 calories a day. There are many things you can eat that are healthy. If you go to you can type in any food and it will tell you how many calories it has per serving. A good meal plan would be a bowl of healthy cereal with skim milk and half a cup of fruit. You can eat a boneless skinless chicken breast cooked in a ziplock back in the mircrowave without adding any fatty oils or butter and make some vegetables with a glass of skim milk. Even if they buy junky snacks, you can still stick to vegetables and chicken and fruits. Stay away from pop and processed snacks like chips, ice cream and cookies.

If ever in doubt, go to that website and type in the food and see how many calories it has. That way, no matter what food you have in the house to eat, you can pick and choose which things to eat. A lot of this will have to do with your own self control. You have to excersize and you have to eat healthy. Even if it seems like there are no healthy things to eat, it may just be that you being too picky. Pick carrots and celery with a glass of water over the chips and pop. No one can be responsible for your excersize and better food choices other than you. Good luck.

Exercise and right diet goes a long way. I have a regime. Why not try mine.
This daily plan have helped me lose as much as 10lbs over 2 weeks and I hope it will for you too:

    – Start the day with some green tea and plenty of drinking water. Eat some lean protein for breakfast, and do your stress-busting yoga stretches.

    – If you are a morning person, do your cardio exercise then. Follow it up with 15 minutes of strength-training exercises, focusing on your arms.

    – Eat small meals throughout the day, staying well below your required caloric intake.

    – Drink approximately 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight.

    – Avoid sugary or salty foods.

    – In the evening, do a longer session of stretching.

    – Wind down before bed with relaxing activities like reading or taking a warm bath.

    – Sleep at least 8 hours.

All the actual details of this daily plan such as what exercises to do, the type of food to eat or how to calculate your daily caloric intake are all spelt out in this report “Lose 14 lbs in 14 days” which you can immediately download for free:
