Honestly, don’t worry about it. You haven’t even really hit puberty yet. Just start eating healthy and in a few years your genetics will sculpt your body into the way you should look.

Why do you need to lose weight? Thats an average weight for your height. Just eat healthier. Don’t go on a diet. Just cut out chips, soda, sugar, saturated and trans fats, and more than 10%sodium in what you eat.

Okay first off, at eleven years old, you don’t need to be losing weight! This is just how you are RIGHT NOW, when you start to get older, everything will balance out and you’ll be perfectly normal.
God loves you just the way you are. He created you like this and He did it for a reason!
P.S. if you want to be HEALTHY, exercise daily (meaning running every morning, doing some sit-ups etc.), eat good and healthy foods (eating organic foods is a good start), and just stay active! Ride your bike to your friends house instead of taking the bus, roller skate down the street instead of watching T.V, just things like that. It’ll help!

Just eat healthy (no junk food at all, healthy food like fruits and veggies can be really good if you mix them with other healthy ingredients, find a good recipe like smoothies, or quesadillas, or fruit with a yummy dip, homemade pizza, homemade popsicles made out of pure fruit juice) and exercise lots (go for walks or bike rides with your friends, go swimming, play some sports with your friends, just go outside and have some fun!) hope that helps.

    Give up soda
If you drink a soda or 2 a day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stop
completely, cut back at first and drink water instead.

Get a workout buddy or support buddy. Find someone with similar goals and to support and keep you on track with your fitness goals. I have a friend I talk to daily on messenger and she helps me stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals.

    2
Set a goal for yourself. Whether it be to lose 10 lbs or fit into those size 4 jeans, set a time frame and then when you reach that goal, reward yourself with some new clothes or your favorite free meal.

    3
Take pictures. Take a picture of yourself in swim suit or shorts and after a couple weeks of workouts, take another picture and compare. It’s a great motivational tool when you see the results!

    4
Cut out a motivational picture. Look in magazines or online and choose a body type that you would like to have. Hang it on your fridge and look at it every day. Envision yourself looking like that picture. When you are on the treadmill and getting tired, think of that picture and push yourself to work even harder to reach that goal.

Plan your workouts. When you make a plan to go running or lift some weights, you are more likely to actually DO them, so sit down and plan when and what workouts you want to do for a whole week.

Good Luck and Take care :-), you can do this!!

    Eat 5 times a day
Start with breakfast. The more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night. Please, don’t skip this meal as you’ll end up devouring everything in sight for the rest of the day. You don’t need to gobble up 5 large meals, just 3 meals of a sensible size and 2 delicious yet low calorie snacks. Eat sensibly so your body doesn’t crave for food. If you treat your body right it won’t demand for more attention!
