How to mainly lose fat from your stomach?

Ok i used to weight 250 last February and now i weight 190 but the problem is that i have alot of muscle and im big boned so i only have a chubby stomach but i look bigger since im big boned and have alot of muscles and i wanna lose weight from my stomach and the back of the thy’s. I skateboard and i wanna get skinnier to look better so what exercise’s can i do besides sit-ups?
