Dr. Gott has a No Flour No Sugar diet that I have been following for one year now.
I lost 32 pounds in 32 weeks and have been holding steady for 20 weeks now.
I will not go back to flour and sugar. I believe that sugar is an addiction for me and I cannot stop once I start eating it.

This website I started today has some recipes and an ongoing list of items you can eat.
Don’t go above and beyond this. Just simple no flour, no sugar.

    Excessive Exercise

If you ask a fitness instructor how to lose weight fast he or she will advise you to get to start burning more calories than you consume. You can do this via intense cardiovascular exercise. In order to shed a lot of weight quickly you will need to jog, swim, and cycle or use cardiovascular workout machines for at least two hours each day. If you are already fasting or restricting your calories such rigorous workouts are going to leave you feeling drained.

Dietary control and exercise. It’s true what they say – all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. It’s really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didn’t need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You don’t need to read a 4,000 page book, you don’t have to buy a tape series, you don’t need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. It’s 100% true.
