why wouldnt you want your parents to know? support is what you need to lose weight. so dont hide it. confront them about it so they can buy you healthier foods!

I think you should want your parents to know, unless you’re anorexic, in which case they still need to know. Either way, they will provide a wonderful support system. If you have a legitimate need to lose a few pounds, the best way to do so is a healthy diet, and exercise. Try to stay away from fad diets, and pills. There are some good diet supplements, like Herbalife, which can help, but they can also get very expensive. If you are sincere in your desire to lose weight, contact me, and I will be happy to share some great food ideas with you. I’m not the smartest guy in the world, but I’m a pretty good cook, and do a lot of low-carb items that are very healthy, and very tasty.

Easy88just change the way you eat. Eat smaller portions of food few times a day and the kind of foods. Refuse to eat processed foods and eat fresh foods and fruit.

I usually just eat when I’m around them, and don’t eat as much when I’m at school or they’re home.
I also just try to eat healthy. I buy more fruit, veggies, etc. and eat 1 piece of fruit for breakfast, 1 serving of vegetables for lunch and then eat whatever my mom makes for dinner. That way she thinks I’m eating normally, when I’m really losing weight 🙂

As important as it is to pay attention to the fact that we eat the right food, equally vital is to keep a watch on the quantity. A good rule of thumb is: protein fits in palm of your hand, carbohydrate fist size, no fatty add ons (butter, dressing,etc). But dark greens eat as much as you want (brocoli is one of the best for this, I recommend steamed).

Ok I know this doesn’t really have to do with your question but I’m using my phone and its the easiest way to do it so my mom has been both anerexic (not good speller sorry) and beleamic so she’s very cautious about me she’s trying to gain and I’m trying to loose I think I might be following in her foot steps since I’m 14 about 5 foot 6 or 7 and weigh 110 but I used to always weigh about 100 and I do notice it like my arms are bigger and my jeans are tighter I’m not talking anything like crazy I just always seem to find somewhere I wish was smaller
