How to lose weight fast, without excersise?

I want to lose about half a stone as fast as poss, how can i do this without excersise? Does starving yourself work?
I had my baby in January so i am on my feet A LOT!
But just dont have time to go to the gym or anything as im on my own so thats not really an option for me

    Lol no starving isn’t good, once you start eating again, your body will start making more fat than it normally would, cause it’s preparing itself for the next time you’ll be starving yourself again. There are no other options than exercises!

    Starving yourself isn’t really worth the risks. Try drinking only water and cutting down carbs for breakfast and lunch and out entirely of your dinner.

    starving no, because your body will hold onto fa and you will feel like crap genraly. Cutting your calorie and fat intake yes. Avoid saturated fats as much as you can, count the calories you eat in a day and halve it. small portions of food will shrink your stomach which in time will make you less hungry. However at some point you will want to eat a lot more, and the pounds will fly back on. I highly recommend some exercise, even moderate like walking for 30 – 40 mins a day.

    Starving yourself won’t work unless u have the motivation do continue it until you die. Because as soon as you start eating again, you will gain weight. Of course it is possible to loose weight without exercise, as long as you are moderately active, but adding exercise (just running 20 mins or so a day, something cardio) will speed up your metabolism. Try cutting out carbs (less than 20grams a day), eating more protein, drinking more water, and drinking herbal teas to boost your metabolism. Eat fruit and veg with your meals, and keep your calories to about 1200 for the first couple of weeks. Sugar is the biggest no no, and keep patient. You should see results in a few weeks, or a couple with exercise.

    And you told me sence Im 13 to not care… starving isnt genna work . I just dont want to be bulky but I know starving doesnt work . Cuz your metabolism stops and you gain wait cuz your body goes into a mode when it thinks it should keep everything . Anarexic people workout like 8 hours a day and eat nothing to be that thin . But now thats just killing your self .

    drink a lot of water, it flushes you out. also, if you think you’re hungry even right after you’ve just eaten, it is because you’re thirsty.

    eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.

    eat lots of fruits and veggies.if you want to eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs are also a good food when trying to lose weight.

    skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies. if you want something sweet, like for dessert, try berries, raisins or another type of dried fruit.

    if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy until it’s time to eat again.

    cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out A LOT!

    and don’t forget to exercise! try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, crunches and/or sit-ups, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45 minutes a day, and as the weeks go by, build up your time by about 10 minutes each week.

    My wife lost over 60 pounds last year through eating the right things. She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone.

    I had her feed me according to the same diet and I lost 30 pounds in about 16 weeks, but I also exercised.
