How to lose weight fast but not unhealthy?

im 16, 136-40 pounds and im 6’1 and i want to lose about 15 pounds.
what would be a good diet plan for me.

    Why do you want to lose weight? You sound thin for your height already. I think it would be healthy to do about 15 min of cardio a day and lift some weights to tone. If you can afford it, get a trainer

    Eat fruit,veggies lean protein. Cut out excess sugars and starch. Walk more. Limit alcohol.

    It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast.     Accrding to your bmi you are underweight,you should be trying to put on weight not lose it.Go to a doctor you may have an eating disorder.
