How to lose weight fast and healthy after coming off anti depressants?

Help because I gained 20 lbs and maybe lost 5 when I came off and now I am at a halt and I need help. I work out generally and walk a lot but it’s still not helping me.

    clean up your diet. Eat less per meal, but eat a meal every 2-3 hrs. Drink at least 1/2 your bodyweight in oz of water per day. Take a good organic multivitamin. Walk/exercise/lift weights at least 4x/wk.

    Tom Venuto wrote an ebook that is pretty much the bible of weight loss and maintenance. It’s used by fitness and bodybuilders everywhere (the bulk of the body builders comes from their workouts, not only their diets, so don’t let that stop you from checking that out).
