How to lose weight as quickly as possible?

I currently weigh around 150 pounds, and I’m 5’5″ tall. I know I’m not exactly fat or obese, but I’d really like to lose weight as soon as possible.

Any hints, meal ideas, exercise tips, and anything else will be much appreciated. I will vote someone for Best Answer, guaranteed!

**Please don’t suggest starving or taking out as much food out of my diet as possible, because that’s unhealthy and will not go unnoticed by my friends and family.

    Hey missy i weigh about the same..ok 2 more than you …lots of cardio…about 45 to 50min then weight training after that…supposed to burn more calories long after you work your muscles…as far as food , moderation is key…Have fun!!!

    Eat regular and do one push up and one sit up every evening the next day do two of each and so on
    If this is to easy do 20 a night, sit ups should be more imprtant and make sure you do them correctly

    okay well you wantt to get alot of exercise, but you CANT overdo it. it might work for like a week, but you will quickly wear yourself out.

    depending on how much you exercise, it would be good to start off with like a half hour to an hour of running or swimming laps or anything that gets your heartrate going. do that like 2 times a week.

    once you can do that without waking up exhausted, (so try like 2 or 3 weeks), bump it up to 3 times a week, then 4, then 5. thats what i do!

    Well there is something in japan that you can do.when you wake up eat 4 raw bananas cause they contain something that will help you burn fat.(i don’t eat them cause i allergic) Eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner but no desert.Eat slowly.Drink only water, they boost something.Always drink it at warm temperature.Eat a treat or any fatty food at 3pm.No ice cream,donuts,or potato chips, they make you want to eat more of them.Don’t eat anything after 6pm, and then sleep early. Before midnight
