How overweight do i have to be to join slimming world?
I’m 5ft 1 and weigh 128 pounds so my BMI is just in the healthy range.
I’d like to lose a little weight and want to join slimming world but can i still go even though i’m not particularly overweight?

You have to have at least 7lbs to lose.

Yes but don’t overdo it,let it be more a learning process than a slimming one,you will also get good advise,make new friends etc,and remember you need to stay healthy.

If not, I guess you’ll just have to gain a few more pounds before joining, haha. No, seriously, I’ve never heard of Slimming World, but I’d be surprised if any business would turn away a client in this situation. It’s possible that some of the more overweight clients might resent you, but that’s the worst-case scenario and not that likely.

they would snatch it out your hand as quick as anything knowing that you would probably only do 1 or 2 at the most sessions because the rest of the members would look at you with as though there was something wrong with you
