hi ,slimming world or weightwatchers? looking at slimmimg world the eating plan looks to be high in saturates?
and w.w looks into lowering this, but everyone i ve spoken to on the slimming world plan has lost loads of weight, can anyone shed any light on this ,please?

Well im a w w fan as i lost 7 stone with them i don’t think it matters where you go though as long as you want to lose weight you will. Good luck 🙂

I followed the slimming world plan and was very dubious because I seemed to be eating more than normal but was amazed when the weight started to fall off. I like the fact that you can pile your plate high with foods like pasta and not have to measure it out and still lose loads of weight week after week.
