how much weight can swimming for an hour a day help me to lose alongside a diet plan?

i am currently following weightwatchers eating plan and wondered if swimming for an hour a day would help me to lose weight and change shape quicker.

    I am on the weight watchers too! Just to let you know, swimming is a good way to loose fat. As you do not realise that you are doing a good amount of excercise, which means you are less likely to get tired, therefore you swim longer.

    everyone is different when it comes to loosing weight but your best chance losing it is going swimming i lost 8 stone (thats over 100 pounds) in 12 months from swimming and i never went on a diet! just push yourself a little bit more every day
