    fat really doesn’t matter, in all honesty. If ur not excercising stay at 1200. If you are:
    1600 for 1 hour
    1400 for 30 minutes

    I highly suggest strength training!

    Weight loss has a lot more to do with than just cutting calories. You need to find out how many calories a day your height and weight requires to stay the same weight and then from there find out how many calories a day you are consuming. If you are on a diet then all you need to do is stop eating unhealthy snacks and food and concentrate on eating your 3 meals a day and exercising.
