How many calories should I consume per day while working out?

I just started a workout program and am taking protein/creatine to help me get bigger and stronger. Before I started this I would eat roughly 1800-2000 calories per day. How many should I consume since I started working out now?

Calories is a major topic when it comes to weight loss. We need to understand 3 things: the amount of calories in our food, the amount of calories a specific activity expends hourly, and last but not least our own personal daily limit of calories. The only method that clearly delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away thrity pounds, it clearly does work!

I assume u r a guy and that u r trying to gain muscle, so u would need to keep in mind your maintenance calories + additional calories from PROTEIN. So, you could use 2500.

don’t take it just eat it (protein) and lots and lots of carbs. shoot for 4000 plus…football linemen will hit up to 5500. go for lots of beans, cornbread, milkshakes, peanutbutter…
