So im starting my journey to getting ripped i want to burn fat and also build muscle how many calories should i consume a day have in mind i cheat once a weak basically eat what ever i want i train 4 hours a week???

The average adult male needs to consume about 2,500 calories a day to maintain good health. To burn fat, you need to engage in cardio exercises that exceed your caloric intake. However, if you are training only 4 hours a week, you need to be doing it across a couple of days – not all at once. I suggest the website below for some exercise options.

It is impossible to burn fat AND gain muscle at the same time. You have to pick one. As for calories, it all depends on how much you weigh right now and how many calories you consumed before. You can find info online.
