how many calories should i eat a day to lose fat? read please TEN POINTS?

im trying to lose fat around my ‘love handles’ . i know to do cardio excersize but how many calories should i be eating? im just about 14 and i weigh 97 pounds (if that helps) please help meeee!

    In your case being so young, I would not diet, it’d wreck your metabolism for the rest of your life. I would do some exercises. Lay on your side resting your head on your hand. Raise your leg as high as you can, keeping it straight, focusing and squeezing your stomach muscles, and keeping your knees facing the same direction as your belly button, all the way as high as you can and then back down on top of your resting leg. Do twenty on each leg, then switch to the next. That’s one set. I do three sets a day.
