How many calories should I burn every day?

I work out 6 or 7 days a week. I am wondering how many calories I should burn. And how many calories is in a single pound?

Right now I am at 155 lbs.
I have 2 1/2 inches of fat on my belly.

And I eat healthy. But I don’t eat meat.

you should burn about 500 calories per day (you will lose about 1 pound per week) through exercise, at a minimum; if you’re trying to burn fat, the best way to do this is to exercise right before eating- that way it comes right from your fat- otherwise you’re just burning what you just ate and will most likely eat again to replace it.

Also, you should get your bodyfat % calculated- girls should be around 18-22% ideally (or lower to be a hottie)

well one pound of fat is something like 3500 calories, so try to burn 500 calories a day if you work out the whole week to be able to lose 1 pound, that’s if you burn 500 calories more then you take in.

if you want to lose weight then u need to burn as many as you intake plus a couple hundred.
also carbs would be a good thing to look into.
those are what your body uses first and tries to hold on to.
so if you have an intake of say 2000 a day. then you should be burning that plus some to see no weight gain and some loss.

good luck. just keep at it.
