How do you lose weight fast yet healthy?

I want to know how fast I could lose around 70 pounds (my doc is ok with it)

    Fast and healthy should not be in the same sentence.What ever is fast you can pretty much guarantee it is not healthy….

    All i can tell u is w/ lots of excercise (but not 2 much) and the rite foods (Nutrigrain Bars & lo-fat foods and treats) u shood shed sum xtra pounds in no time:-)

    The faster you lose the weight, the faster it will come back on…and it brings friends along. Also, losing weight too quickly will let you with loose, flabby skin hanging. Take your time. Change your habits. If your doc is OK with it, then ask him/her what is recommended. I highly recommend checking into Weight Watchers programs…either online or in meetings. You can lose it faster, but not healthier.

    Well I found a program that really works. It allowed me to lose 20lbs in a month (guys lose more quicker than females). So If your looking for a weight lose program I have a suggestion.
