How do i lose weight fast but in a healthy way?

I went to the doctor a few weeks ago because my neck and underarms are dark and the dermatoligist said it was because of rapid weight gain. Right now i weigh 195 lbs. and are 5ft and 7in. tall and im 15. She said my only way out of this problem was lose weight. It`s really hard for me to lose weight especially since i can barely control the way i eat because i always seem hungry. please help me lose the embarrising dark places on my body.

    There is no healthy way to lose weight fast. The only way to lose weight naturally is expend more energy than you intake with food, so that you body starts breaking down fat deposits. Unless you can commit to a major change to your lifestyle – you only way to lose weight would be crash diets or medications – and both of those are extremely unhealthy.

    There is no FAST way to lose weight in a healthy way. Normal healthy weight lose is 1-2 lbs a week. It IS as simple as being active on a regular basis and eating right. You say your hungry alot well if your feeding your body the right foods ie fruits veggies and lean meat your hungry will go away, one reason your prolly hungry is because your body is telling you its lacking in something else as in a nutrient it needs. You can’t eat junk as in sodas, candy burgers and fries on a daily basis. You should be easily drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily after all your body is close to 80% water alone. You need to find some kind of workout or activity you enjoy you can do a few times a week to be active and get your heart rate up. Honestly you will lose weight once your body is burning more calories than your putting into it. Diets don’t work because eventually you will stop and when you do you’ll gain again, so for the most part its a life style change. You have to be active and eat right. Once you start seeing results it’ll be easier to continue doing what youre doing, and yes it will be hard in the beginning to make those changes. So start small, make long and short term goals, keep a journal or find a support system or motivational tool to help you through.

    Quck weight loss is a myth. It will fail in the long run and can be dangerous to your health. A better plan is to lose a couple of pounds a week. Your body will thank you for it because it will give it time to adjust to the change in metabolism that occurs when changing the foods you eat and the increase in physical activity. There are really no secrets. Plenty of good programs are out there to fit everyone regardless of body type or constitution. Success is achieved when you find the one that fits you situation. just stay away from the crazy diets that deviate from balanced nutrition and common sense.

    To lose weight, it’s better to focus on fixing your healthy eating habits instead of dieting. You should drink more water too as it helps to clear toxins from your body. And if you drink enough water, your body doesn’t need to store water inside like it usually does when you become dehydrated and this stored water also adds to your weight.

    You should also eat more vegetables and fruits as they contain a lot of fiber that can make you feel fuller for longer. Being rich in protein and fiber, it will help you with weight loss!

    You can also do some execerises, depending on what you like to do, to get even better results. Exercising will make you more fit and give you extra energy, help burn the fat and give you more stamina.

    Exercising also helps build strong lean muscles and improve your skin tone.
