How do I lose weight fast and efficient?

Im 14 years old and I’m tired of being overweight and not fit.
My current BMI is 27,4 (which is too high…)
So how do I lose weight fast and efficient?
I really hope that someone can help me…

    First change your lifestyle, meaning your food intake and exercise regimen. Eat proper portions and be a little bit more active. Ie. while you watch tv lift some weights. Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you’re out….(simple things)
    Start using ionized water making sure its alkalined, it help with digestion.

    Take this product called Zija. Its not a weightloss supplement, but after you take it for a couple weeks you tend not to eat as much and you have more energy.

    I have learned that pills and fads just don’t work. I am now 134 and pretty happy with myself. I try to walk at least 20 minutes 4 times a week and only have sugary snacks once a month. (Girl has to have Chocolate) It took me 2 years to get hear, but have kept it for 6.

    Trust me, you will be much happier if you do it the right way, not the fast way.
