Your gunna get alot of responses from people that are advertising diet pills. dont take them cuz once u get off diet pills, you gain the weight back. the same goes for starving yourself, ull loose weight but ur body will eat away at itself and ull loose muscle mass as well and when u start eating, ur metabolism is very slow so youll gain the weight right back. Eat in moderation and dont eat after 7pm because after that time, you wont burn off calories that you intake. stay away from sugary drinks and sodas because the calories and carbs can add up to alot. eat better like eat some vegetables and fruits. you can stay active for at least 30 minutes for 3 to 5 times a week, just make sure to keep ur heart rate up. you seem to be doing that so the best hting i can tell you is to eat in moderation and eat better foods like apples, bananas, salids, brocoli, spinach, etc. green foods lol, hope this helps

I was also over weight my whole life and one day i decided to change it. I started eating healthy by eating more veggies and grilled meats. It was hard but i went from weighing 262 to currently 193. I want to loose more and it’s possible so I you do it and feel better. I also jaug my neighbor hood 3 or 4 times a week and do various exercises like jumping jack, leg lifts, and other exercises you can do in your home. I hope this helped and I hope you succeed because you will feel better. You can do it!

It is possible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly. The only method that really showed results for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it really does produce results!

Fast weight loss usually equals a fast rebound. A lifestyle change equals a life change. If you want a head start do the Atkins diet but only for a max of two weeks. Why? It works for about two weeks and then your kidneys start taking too much abuse from the build up of Ketones.
Working out more. They don’t say work your butt off for nothing. Muscle burns fat. EVEN WHEN AT REST!!! You build muscle and you will be slimming down even in your sleep.
Ignore the scale at all cost. Who the heck cares how much the earth is attracted to you. The mirror will tell you how attractive you are to other people. See muscle weights more than fat. So if you work out, you will lose weight from fat loss but GAIN weight from muscle. But muscle will give you a fit sexy look. I mean, Jennifer Lopez could stop dancing and just “diet” all day long to “lose weight” but the weight she would lose would be famous butt and figure.
Watch what you eat AND DRINK. People never think about how much they consume in liquid calories. Drop all sodas and anything in a wrapper. Read your labels and know what it all means. Sugar and corn syrup bad; calcium and chromium picolinate (pepper) good. Use quinoa instead of rice/pasta or all by it’s self. This is an area that I could discuss for days so I’ll leave you to read and research for yourself. Men’s Health is a great source. I know you’re a girl but it is still a great source for anyone when it comes to nutrition. Get it for Dad as a gift and then barrow it.
Stay away from anything “diet” and see your doctor. Your health is why you have one right? There are alot of people tring to make money off your colin and your stress and everthing else that they can make into a possible cause for your weight. Your doctors gets paid too but to look out for your health.

Weight loss is an overall process. You need to think about many factors. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.

Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few additional small changes – walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.

Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can’t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don’t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.
