How can lose weight quickly?

I’m almost 15 and i’m 5’2′ and i weight like 132 and i would really like to lose some weight before school starts, but don’t know how! does anyone have any advice?

    You could go running, bike riding, swimming, or jump roping. Anything that makes your heart rate go up :]

    I have the exact same body type and am also trying to lose weight before school starts, I’ve been going to the gym everyday and going on the elliptical machine for about 45 minutes. I’ve also been eating fewer carbs and instead lots of fruits and vegetables.
