How can lose weight and see results kinda fast?

I am 13 and i wanna lose some weight. How can I lose weight fast but in a healthy way? please help me!!!
I have looked up tons of ways to lose weight and when i try them it never works. I just want to be able to fit in my favorite jeans again. lmfao but seriously. yeah i really need to lose weight.

    idk if you’re like me, but I eat a bowl of ice cream a day. I realized how many calories were in it and I stopped. I instantly started losing weight. I’d say cut out everything unhealthy, figure out how many calories are in everything you eat. Plus, you should never eat anything that has over 40 calories from fat to be healthy.

    eat 4 or 5 small and healthy meals a day instead of 2 or three big ones, get rid of all crap like soda and chips and junk food,,eat the majority of your carbs inthe morning (breads etc) and make breakfast and lunch your biggest meal, dont go to bed with a full stomach.

    Exercise everyday or almost everyday,,start slow but work up to the point where your heart rate is elevated for a minimum of 30 minutes,,45 to 60 would be best for fast weight loss,,mix up exercise go for a fast bike ride and jog and do some sprints,,,get a physical goal to train for,,sign up for a road race and train for it

    you need a healthy lifestyle, good diet, and lots of exercise

    1. Drink water
    – Green tea is also a good idea as it speeds up your
    metabolism
    – every day drink one tall glass of water about 5 minutes before you eat.

    2. Eat regularly
    – 5 times a day in small amounts proper meals
    – don’t miss meals its important for your body to know its got alot of food to digest and lose
    – If you dont eat regularly the fat will build up cause your body thinks “oh the host isn’t give me enough food to burn off, i’ll just slow down abit”

    3. Eat lots of fibre
    4. Consume more good fats
    6. Carbohydrates can help you lose weight
    – good carbohydrates but not too many
    -These include whole grains, vegetables; fruits and beans.

    7. Excercise regularly, everday
    -eg. being active for at least 1 hour
