I’m 18years old about 5’5. 140lbs. I’m trying to lose some weight before christmas time because my boyfriend and I are going to North Carolina to meet his family for the first time. What is a good way I could lose some weight before then?

So for 6 months I completely cut out all candy chips any kind of junk food from my diet, I also only ate when I was hungry and only enough to satisfy myself , no eating in between but make sure you get enough to keep yourself healthy, meanwhile there are simple home exercises such as squat kicks, push ups, sit ups, v-crunches (lying on your back and bringing your feet and hands up to meet above you in the middle). I did this for a while and went from a size 7 to a size 4 in just a few months, it’s astounding how much weight melts away when you eat healthily!

you have 5 weeks so aim for 2 pounds a week, so 10 pounds is reasonable. you need to work out every day to the point where your heart beat is up for a sustained period of time but not too high. say 30 minutes of heartrate up, everyday. you need to eat small very healthy meals 4-6 times a day. cut out all junk, processed food and cheese and bread. drink lots of water and no pop or sugary drinks. and drink water before you eat to fill you up a bit
food suggestions: b- yogurt and fruit, l- tuna salad, d- lean meat, veggies, snacks- friut, veggies, whole grains

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.
