Weight loss is work, if you want to lose it quickly, you HAVE to exercise. There is no way around it.

it’s not just about exercise. You need a good diet AND exercise at the same time. Try eating some greens, drink a protein bar or drink, go to the gym, or just stay at home, life weights, run around the block.

With a crash diet such as the fat burning soup diets you can apparently lose from 10-17 lbs in just a week.

    Hi,

here are some quick weight loss tips that do not involve exercise. it will be a good start for you.

at 260 pounds, you might need to consult a doctor or professional if you are doing this too drastic. or else, learn more about food, calorie counting. it will help you a long way.

start by reducing fast food and processed food. cut down on oily stuff and fried food.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.

Nothing more than an egg a day. Eggs are not such a bright idea. It would be best to reduce your intake of eggs to maybe three in a week. But for those of you die hard egg fans, you may have up to one egg a day but nothing more than that.

If you can say no to alcoholic beverages please do. Alcoholic beverages too are not good for you. Beer can be fattening and the rest of the alcoholic drinks may not be fattening by themselves but after a couple of swigs you will be in no position to watch your diet and your appetite too will be something to battle with.

25 to 30% of your diet should be proteins. Various processes and activities are going on in our bodies. Things are broken down and being built up again. Resistance has to be built up, recovery from disease too is needed and for all this the body needs plenty of proteins so see to it that 25 to 30 % of your diet consists of proteins.

    you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;

You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.

Pretty soon your friends will be asking you for advice!

Good luck, you can do this!!

Go ahead eat cheat food, but only for flavor. There are many things which you have to avoid from your diet but which you may have an undying craving for. Do not avoid them altogether. You could call them cheat foods and indulge in them once in a while. But take care just to tingle your taste buds, don’t hog on them. Instead of that share them with others. In this way

God gave us teeth for a reason… Therefore we should develop a habit of chewing all food including liquid food and soft foods like sweets, ice creams at least 8 to 12 times. This is essential to add saliva to the food, as it is only in the saliva that sugar is digested. Often we find that whatever goes into our mouth goes down like lightning. We hardly give the saliva any time to act on the food. So does digestion take place like it should’ Do we just stuff our tummies with food that doesn’t get digested or in other words that doesn’t yield the benefits that it should’

I have always struggled with my weight. I remember being the fat kid in elementary school, feeling depressed compared to my other girl friends. My parents are really athletic, and my sisters are super thin and athletic. I remember constantly hearing negative comments from them throughout my younger years.
Starting in high school, I began to experiment with different diet pills and programs – all of them just made me feel dizzy and got me nowhere. I tried every kind of extreme diet plan you can think of – the watercress diet, grapefruit diet, the Master Cleanse – they all just made me feel faint, depressed and deprived.
It wasn’t until I started using a weight loss program that I became satisfied with my weight and the manner I was going about losing weight and getting the body of my dreams. They helped me figure out a way of eating that really worked for me, and helped me lose 14 pounds in just a little over two weeks. My friends and family were amazed with the difference in my body in as little as a week. I felt confident, healthy and balanced, knowing that I was in control of my weight and body at last.
This program is not expensive. Anyone can afford it because all you have to do to lose weight is pay once and then enjoy the advantages of this weight loss program all your life. On the contrary, those supplements and weight loss pills will need to be paid for regularly and besides, as soon as you stop taking them, all that expensive weight loss diet will become your enemy, causing you to actually gain back your lost pounds.
