    Do a full body detox and drink noting but water for a month or two. It will flush out a lot of toxins in your body and increase your metabolism. Also, try going to sauna to flush out water weight and burn calories.

    Healthy weight loss and then keeping it off requires a lifestyle change and commitment to proper nutrition and regular exercise. There are no shortcuts, no miracle pills or potions, or fancy gadgets that do the work for you, no matter what TV or the Internet says.

    Maintain a healthy diet of low fat, low sugar, and little to no processed junk food. Exercise regularly 3-4 times a week. Nothing more complicated than that. There are plenty of good workout DVDs that focus on various cardio techniques. It all depends on what you want to do, but understand that the human body should not lose weight any faster than 1-2 lbs. per week.

    Don’t waste money on a diet or system, just simply eat healthy and exercise!!! IT’s the only way. And, you’ll feel awesome. Keep up a good attitude and be happy. If you have a bad attitude, chances are, you’re not gonna stick to it. Just eat a rainbow of colors, and cut down salt, sugar, and fat. Go bike riding or running. Or, join a gym. Losing weight “fast” is sort of unhealthy sometimes, but as long as you’re not starving yourself, you should be fine. Simply burn more calories than you take in.
