how do i lose weight fast?

ok im kinda fat and i sweat alot so i wanna lose weight, howe do i lose weight fast im 13 btw

    go to your doctor about the sweatt and they should recommened something that serisouyy really dose help, dont feel embarresed
    you cant losse weight fast and keep it off, it just dosent work liek that,
    slowly just try exerscising a bit more, eating less and eating healtheir, going out more, cutting off comfort foods etc
    helped me slwoly but ive maintained it and only been doinf=g it a lil while
    really has helped

    You need to wake up at 5 am, stretch, and force yourself to run/jog 2 miles….for the first week, then add 2 miles every week to that…

    when you come home from running, eat a good breakfast…and boom, your metabolism is increased for the day by eating after your run…

    eat 3 good square meals a day…no problem….

    stay active….play basketball, tennis, etc….just don’t be lazy, and TRY and not eat junk…just good meals….it does not have to be the weight watchers nonsense etc… Just keep active all the time, and eat healthy….NO SODA!!! water only….you will be fine….i went from 205 down to 168 in 3 1/2 months! keep your mind set to it….and i guarantee, you will lose that gut…you probably wont notice, but EVERYONE else will…i promise!

    PS- EAT!!!…don’t listen to anyone who says not to…it has nothing todo with your weight….just be keen to moderation…

The best thing you can do for yourself is to exercise 30 minutes a day. What is your favourite sport? Could you get more involved?

    You are 13. Your body wants to gain weight in order for puberty to take full effect, check your BMI http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and so long as its under 25 you should probably aim to maintain your current weight. If its over get yourself an appointment with your GP and ask if you could see a dietition. I don’t know your full history and so I can only recommend that if your weight is a worry.
