Tips on how a 13 yr old girl can lose weight fast?

I’m 13, I’m 5’0″, and when I checked my weight a few months ago I weighed 122 lbs. What is a good way to lose weight fast. I’m kinda desperate.

    Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

    Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

    Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

    U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

    if its fat you want to loose then excersise.
    however running down the road wont do u no good .
    but moving quckly and getting your heart pumping the body uses carbs instead of fat for energy as its faster to use compared to fat
    walking will burn fat alot quicker than many other forms of excersise and it gets you to a place you need to go

    Drink lots of water and eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day…for some reason the more healthy foods I eat and the more water I consume the more weight I lose. I don’t exercise I just go for walks at night. I lost 40 pounds in 8 months…it wouldn’t hurt to try =)

    Just be sure you are eating a healthy, balanced diet. Cut out potato chips, french fries, soda and other junk food, and make sure you are getting exercise. See what that does for you before you try some radical diet–at 13, everyone is growing in different directions (out, up) at different times. Chances are, you will get a few inches taller in the next couple of years and a lot of that weight will redistribute itself right where you will want it to be.

    drink before meals. (not alcohol, just plain water or juice). that way u feel that ur stomach is full, when its just actually water. by that, u ll eat less. its not so much dieting, but it basically works the same way. and exercise vigorously. thats important too

    It’s not healthy to lose weight fast because the weight is more likely to come back. Drink plenty of water instead of pop, eat healthy foods and no fried, and cut out snacks. If you can do that you will lose weight naturally and you will do it healthily.
