    Overall weightloss is the only thing that will affect the size of your fingers, unless the chubby fingers are due to water retention, or the swelling that occurs sometimes in the summer due to the heat. If it’s not a weight problem, you can get rid of excess fluid by drinking lots of water to flush your system and watching your sodium intake. If the swelling is due to the heat, just hold your hands in cold water for a few minutes. The result is temporary, but might make you feel better. Hope this helps!!

    well thats a new one lol… if ur really that concerned then go see a doctor…. or just fidget… u can burn calories by fidgeting/ twideling ur thumbs… u would have to do that like a millions reps a day cause i can only imagine how little calories u would burn in an hour lol… but the guy above me made a good point… get ur nails done like acrylic nails or wtv

    to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !
